Embryo Nebula (NGC 1333)

Description
The Embryo Nebula (NGC 1333) is a bit of a Rorschach test to me. I honestly can't see the embryo. However, it is a stellar nursery, containing thousands of young stars! This image combines over 22 hours of imaging from my Indiana Backyard. It took some advanced processing to bring out the beautiful colors in the nebula, as well as the interstellar dust and gas that really are a defining characteristic of this part of the night sky.
